EMPOWA Training is operated by the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH). IUIH and its members are the largest employer of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Indigenous health, with over 50% of our 1,500 staff identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. IUIH provides high-quality and fully integrated primary and preventative healthcare, aged care, disability, social health, allied health, and care coordination services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
