EMPOWA has a complaints and appeals procedure to manage and respond to complaints and appeals in relation to the quality of training and assessment.

This handbook explains how EMPOWA Training will connect with you and your support network, our role and how we will support you on your EMPOWA Training journey as a learner in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
